When a phone number saves the day …
I use to keep all the details of the people I am meeting, by keying it into Outlook. And if it has the drawback to make a large contact database to manage, it proves tonight to be most useful.
We were in the middle of a major system migration, when an issue was raised. And it was the mobile number of a people meet some months ago that I got in my blackberry, that saves the day.
