Backslash (\) on Blackberry Bold and Messenger
If you just get one new Blackberry Bold, you may be wondering how you will login in Blackberry Enterprise Messenger with no way to key in a backslash.

Here is the trick: when you login on OCS for example, you have 3 fields
- Sign-In name: name @ company.com
- User name: domain\name
- password: whatever it is
You will be able to input a \ only in the second one, so move to that field before trying !
